Menus Updated Across Speed Camera Locations
For some time I haven't liked how the menus displayed on the Speed Camera Locations site,
particularly on mobile devices. The menus were too small on mobile devices and overall, the
menus were too cluttered.
Yesterday I decided to recode the menus and I'm happy with the new approach and hopefully you
are as well. The basic changes are the following.

A hamburger style menu now displays on mobile devices with a pixel display width of 600 or less.

The links to different states have been removed from the menus for each states. To visit
a different state, select Home and then the state.

The page for fixed cameras now lives one level lower in the folder structure
so the code could be simplified/consistent and easier to maintain. Basically that means
if you visit a state's folder on the Speed Camera Locations site you will get redirected
to the fixed camera page. Hopefully it won't feel any different from a user's point of view.
Please let me know if I've broken anything. There's been a lot of small changes and sometimes
things can be missed.
